Can a quasi governmental body without the power of arrest violate your s.7 charter rights contrary to their mandate to regulate a profession? The answer is yes. The answer is "yes" because anybody can knowingly break the law. Yet, their mandate is not an alibi. The violation is an offense; a criminal offence. The mandate is to regulate a profession and no Law is to be broken to achieve this end. Regulating roads are more complicated and no laws need to be broken to regulate roads. The RCMP has been found in violation of s.7 and s.8 when the procedures that govern their work is not followed by employees who my have hoped to continue their work with the investigation against the subject and there is no quasi governmental body funded by the government claiming to be self-regulating a profession that has immunity above and beyond the power of the constable services and the legislature dedicated to serve and protect. False affidavits as to service of documents and as to communicating information by email although the wrong email address was used admittedly on the record amounts to criminal MISFEASANCE in public office and a deliberate breach of S.7 and an interference with the professional's right to enjoy employment under the true, North,strong and free laws of a UN charter nation.

How does the woman at the well with Jesus contrast with the Proverbs 31 woman? The one in chapter 31 has just the one husband who is hers. The other has had five and the one she is currently with is not her own. Maybe she was busy being a surrogate mother. Maybe she is in the aimlessness with five husbands and the one she is with is not her own. She should be content with the one husband since it's all the same like when a man sticks his finger in your nose. It's the same sensory experience for him and the woman no matter what woman it is. We just don't want any Babylonian woman impeaching the man or the children out of social competitions in the house space for her authority and Babylonian ascendancy. Monogamy may not be a natural culture as juxtaposed with the nomadic bush man neanderthal commune but it is what we have now and we call it the monogamous family unit. This exists in the bush man experience when a woman allows one male commune member to copulate with her once a month with no thought of who is who as brother or cousin, never the father, son or uncle, but if she is with any man twice over two months, then they have to leave the commune and separate by going to the monogamous culture of formalities in a township.
