You need to satisfy  two key economic facets and forget about harassing the world about white Anglo aboriginal American  hegemony.  You barely have a car company.  What platform of authority do you have to tell anyone anything if 40% of every dollar  is going to pay a foreign debt and when you ask your people to rob the bank to pay for cereal and buy vehicles? The sales tax is too low and the income support is also too low.  The sales tax is critical revenue after automation to make up for other lost sources of national revenue when there is a joblessness occasioned by automation. I love America.    If there is only a one world capitalist system, then we should not utilize  any names involving more than one system or notions  of more than one system.  We bury the word " socialism" and use only the word Capitalism. There is now  what we call Advanced Capitalism in the discussion vs. less advanced American, Neanderthal capitalism that fails to satisfy the two key costs of capitalist  system management while Advanced Capitalism helps to describe the European experience or the Asian experience with capitalism and the two key principles or two key costs.  Even as this is so, Vermont Capitalism is indicative of the Advanced Capitalism experience; and is successful. Quebec and Alberta are also examples.   Emmanuel Wallerstein and Osvaldo Sunkel taught us that there is a one world capitalist system that operates on simple principles of buying low and selling high or producing goods at the lowest most efficient cost possible while maintaining ones humanity.   But, shouldn't the economy just work though if you are white? The rain falls and the sun shines also. But, you might need an umbrella.     It should work when you are white accordingly  to the logic of the umbrella or the sales tax and the income support  designed by the Africans and Israelis many generations ago. It's not horrific but the problem is disproportionate provision of income support based on location while the cost of living is on par any where in America.  The cost of vehicles is the same while economic activity is higher in some areas with higher levels of income support and lower due to less income support in other areas.      There cannot be two systems with separate rules but one while there may be different approaches to activity within the system.  Maybe America suggests that  they are more advanced in allowing citizens to buy guns and defend themselves and to also arrange their own loose, voluntary police services that might receive a voluntary stipend of $20000.00 per year that is in addition to their nationally guaranteed income support of $80,000.00 per year or maybe they just rob the bank. Why have formal, professional police services like Europe? Why pay citizens and income support?   But, there would be no professional systemic collection of evidence or any other kind of management of professional police procedure since professional paid  police services is socialism. Eating with knives and forks is socialist.  Anyone can sign up and participate and then America will say they are more aggressive in terms of capitalism and not socialist.   America may also let the citizen Rob the bank, resisting the new necessity of automatic cash payments to citizens  and the actual provision of the same monies  to former workers in lands that have undergone total industrial automation.  The last two suggestions are asinine.  It is interesting, however, that the American does not resist the automated home appliances. But, they resist the automatic cash paid into their lives and bank accounts.    Did that white 79 year old  customer service manager volunteer to be a machine and answer calls from a computer box or did she sign an organ donor card to donate her organs in the event of a Bournemouth diving accident or something?  If so, then it is not a contravention of the 2015 Modern  Anti Slavery laws and we can keep our souls as she answers the phones 24 hours a day, seven days a week. She did not really volunteer and slipped in the shower allegedly according to the Cruise Ship Company during the 10th free cruise she was offered  but she has honor and involvement and can call her children and remind them to put on their pajamas. If she did slip in the shower on a cruise ship, how does she end up as a machine? Her family has no idea where she is and she is not legally dead enough to formalize a death certificate.     We are human beings and not Animals. Any scenario like this is asinine.    As such, one system of capitalist or economic market activity also has certain set costs contrary to the asinine Neanderthal economic suggestions from America to cancel school, cancel police and cancel automatic income support payments that bring is back to the turn of the century but maybe I can be my own police with a smart phone and record the noises from the kitchen during any break and enter, hunt down the culprits and kill them for what they did to my bathroom and my kitchen.  Putting the asinine aside, there are are certainly two key costs in Advanced Modern capitalism;  the cost of security for the  market activity for example; that is ensuring the security and safety of producers and consumers as well as the products.   This cost of security says the key managers of capitalism that happen to be governments must find a way to maintain cost also and keep it low. Technology involving the security cameras in and outside of the home will help. Cancelling school does not maintain cost.  It creates a "skills gap"and makes you dependent on another population that will tear you apart but covertly. The  other key cost is maintaining market demand  or activity with automatic cash payments to citizens, activity that takes place sufficiently without relying on foreign populations.  This will be a unique evident cost once the producers  of products cancel the cost  of labor and production to zero with machines.  The car sales man has been automated with the Car Heaven or Carvana  concept that cancelled 100's and thousands of car sales man and sales woman  jobs.  This phenomenon of automation takes money out of demand buying power for goods.  The economy slows down and the car company after automation may see that it has fewer buyers and less profit.  They waited for years contrary to European or Vermontonian advice  to implement an income support to help the former workers just to see if things will improve on their own.  They did not improve and the new hole in the national Gdp as caused by Michigan or New York's failure  to implement an income support during the 1920's led to a downturn nationally with people thinking of war as a solution to stoke economic activity when almost everyone  is hired as a soldier. The second key cost is the cost of maintaining security and paying such security personnel called police, customs staff and  border patrol.  You cannot expect them to feed themselves by robbing the banks.   That would be a Civil War.  Sales tax covers the two set key costs  of Billy Graham Capitalism at 20% sales tax and you could go as high as 40%.    This sales tax figure between 20% and 40%  is necessary as a Joseph figure followed by all world governments since the days of King Joseph in Egypt in the event of those 7 lean years and 7 fat years.    Joseph also had 7 fat wives and 7 daughters who could not have children since you can't just procreate your way into the family. You have to graduate from Egypt first, graduate from a Divinity program or some school program in three years first like Jacob as his Father in Law was really an Egyptian.    You cannot  refuse to finance your population, that is to  abandon your market and  that market is  evidently your population...Your Population. This is true. If the US Government spent 5 Billion dollars on weaponry whether or not the weaponry works while taking in only 4 Billion dollars at 4 % sales tax then its consumption exceeds its production or expenditures by 1 Billion dollars. But what if the US Government took in 28% sales tax; that is 7 times as much in terms of production that is also referred to as national revenue; revenue that is necessary to maintain the two set costs of any capitalism. This capitalism, advanced Capitalism with automatic cash paid to citizens and the sales tax between 20% to 40% is not unlike the experiences you enjoy with  advanced washing machines and advanced electronic tooth brushes.    Sales tax is certainly a part of national GDP production calculations or it should be at nearly 40% of national revenue.  It certainly is a part of the calculation for many other nations that have no raw materials to sell of any kind and who might only rely on tourism and it must also include the income generated from nationally owned rail services or airlines. The sales tax is also referred to as a consumption tax but part of this consumption tax or sales tax can be used to clean  up the ocean of plastics and to also lobby manufacturers and congress to end the use of plastic in all food and product packaging. Aspirin was initially packaged in a metal can. You only have grade 8 education as you preach and teach these economic principles as you move to Vermont to enjoy an economy that gives every citizen a universal unconditional income support.
