What we have come to realise is that we are dealing with the emotional vestiges of an old era. The house servant may have been chosen based on certain attributes vs. The field servant and sometimes they rotated duties but generally the house servant may have been chosen for breeding but they were also less educated and less experienced with the unfolding methods and technologies used for work but they could iron, sing, dance, cook and set a table but don't have formal education, are afraid of any formal examinations and the fear of failure. They just want to be accepted for their attributes; their hair, their jump shot, their axe throwing, their height, their dancing or their muscle. As to acceptance, they would demand a world that runs on their expectations for acceptance since shouldn't good hair be enough since what is the point of law exams and graduation if I know I am accepted; for my hair? If there is a law graduate who is bald, then who is he? How can he have any authority? I would rather hold him ransom and get all my people to help frustrate him to see my own authority. We l, my people and I, will plead guilty although I know he could help. We will plead 12 times to the same offence at $325 for each fine. When the litigator's fee is only $80.00, the same cost as a dishwasher repair, then we should call some graduate for help. But we say The graduates are fe dead. But,we really don't have to kill anyone. Look; Bob Marley is on the radio. The long soft hair lady with tan skin from Puerto Rios says she has kicked 50 law graduates. We will sing the gospel to remain blameless. But, if I am dignified and civilised, what should we do with our children and grand children who follow our chastisement and graduate? But, I guess we are saying like some other people that they are not supposed to although now I am seeking funding to run a charity to seek more ethnic minority representation in law schools as I sing the gospel to remain blameless!!

Donald Truhlp was green and new in the beltway and the Democrats had more entrenched influence stepping out of the White House before Donald could finish choosing new paint colours after 3 and a half years where the paint never dried as the Democrats mixed the paint with water, solvent and democratic donkey piss. They never left. They sleep under his POTUS bed, spit on his food to see if he is trying to take the authority that she has cobb webbed over North America since 1992. They write the story and the script on the CNN and tried to decode what is official truth in this Democratic mutiny on the bounty, holding the constitution and the nation ransom; argh! Maybe the Dems are angry about high margin of the newcomer's win. Maybe they took it as personal rejection. But, the result reflects a desire to get away from beltway politics; to get away from people who woukd kill like Ron Brown if you try to tell them anything. But, why would you shoot a man before throwing him out of a plane? But, he is the POTUS and has taken the mantle finally to say what is official. Officially, the fraudulent story about collusion is an investigated, indictable offence. We will see the Constitution free of the Cobb webs. We will see the universal minimum income support even if the government has to be totally automated so that we get the service and civil liberties we deserve as required by law. You could say what is law if you have authority as a politician but how can you campaign if you have fallen afoul in terms of the law or failed to maintain its rule under your administration or did not rectify the failures of the previous administration? Moses is a man of law. Israel is a land of law with the UDHR and the ten commandments. George Washington is a man of law. It's been great fun but it's your job. Your Latin Anglo neighbours and citizens arriving at the pinnacle of politics in America ask what is the point of Somerset v. Stewart if they have authority as a Latino Anglo? Also, What is the point of the Constitution? Maybe the constitution is everything in every speech until you arrive at that political position and then you show them how Cristobal Columbus would do it; in Puerto Rico or Port Royal in the year 1644. Spaniards had a Magna Carta by 1644 but maybe the rule of the king only and no regular Courts to confirm your humanity. The idea that all citizens should be guaranteed a minimum but adequate income to meet their basic needs and live produc- tive lies without being bound to the demands of regular wage employment has enjoyed a revival in recent times. Rooted in long-standing utopian beliefs and socialist thinking, proposals for a guaranteed minimum income for all have never been fully implemented, although the payment of demogrant social al- lowances and comprehensive social insurance in the European welfare states gives expression to this idea. Indeed, guaran- teed minimum income proposals have historically been associ- ated with European welfarism and regarded as least likely to be adopted in countries with strong market liberal traditions. But, as this book reveals, a guaranteed minimum income policy was almost implemented in the United States in the 1970s by the Nixon administration. Although few social policy scholars associate the Nixon administration with liberal or progressive welfare thinking, Steensland contends that the United States came close to experiencing a "welfare revolu- tion" when the President's Family Assistance Plan was almost approved by the Congress. The plan would have paid a guar- anteed minimum income both to the "working poor" and those in receipt of welfare benefits under the country's Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) program. The plan was essentially a negative income tax, based on the ideas of market radicals such as Milton Friedman. Steensland believes that it would have addressed the inadequacies of the means test and made a significant contribution to poverty alleviation. After lengthy debate, the President's proposals were rejected and the scene was set for the restrictive and minimalist income maintenance policies of the Reagan administration. Although the Nixon Family Assistance Plan is frequently mentioned in the social policy literature, Steensland has pro- vided an impressively detailed and scholarly account of the intense disagreements about a guaranteed minimum income which took place both within the executive and legislative branches. The book traces the origins of the proposals, exam- ines the formulation of the proposals by the administration and traces in detail the Congressional debates that ultimately led to its demise. The author contends that the plan's failure was primarily due to deeply institutionalized cultural beliefs about the deserving and undeserving poor and about the im- portance of work and individual responsibility in American society. The failure of the guaranteed income proposal consolidated the link between welfare and work which is today the hallmark of American social policy.
